Where they lift off
After that
This year
launches in 2026
This countdown is made to hang on a wall. HAkiosk shows one web page full screen on an Android tablet, iPad or iPhone and keeps it there, so a spare tablet counts down to every launch in the world, one after the other.
From Google Play on an Android tablet, or from the App Store on an iPad or iPhone.
Enter the countdown’s address as the page to show. Add kiosk=1 for the dashboard alone: https://
Already showing a Home Assistant dashboard on the tablet? Add the same address in a Webpage card and the next launch sits beside your lights and heating.
The countdown at the top of this page is the next launch anywhere in the world, with the rocket, the mission, who launches it and from where. The timetable beside it lists the launches after that, in your own time. The schedule comes from Launch Library 2 and is checked again every 15 minutes, so a slip shows up on its own.
Go means the launch time is confirmed by the launch provider or another reliable source. TBC means a time is expected but not confirmed yet, and TBD means it is not set. NET is short for "no earlier than": the launch will not happen before that date, and it may well move later. When a launch time is known to the minute, the dashboard counts down to the second; when it is not, it shows NET and the date.
Yes, right on the dashboard. When the launch is streamed on YouTube, the stream starts playing in the next launch’s panel, muted, from the moment the broadcast begins until it ends, so a wall screen shows the launch by itself. Streams that cannot be played inside another page, such as those on X, get a Webcast button instead (and a Webcast live mark on a kiosk screen).
Yes. Install HAkiosk on an Android tablet, iPad or iPhone and give it this page’s address: it shows the countdown full screen and keeps it there. On a TV or a laptop, press Full screen at the top, or add ?kiosk=1 to the address in any kiosk browser. The same address works in a Home Assistant dashboard’s Webpage card.
